At Pressful Studio, we work hard to get your order prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.  
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional production time before shipment.  
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.  
From time to time, Pressful Studio may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the website if available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
Expedited orders: 1–3 business days after processing
International orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking information 
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipment.  
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been marked as shipped.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.  
Pressful Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events outside our control.

Incorect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.  
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible at [your email address].  
If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Pressful Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [insert number] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.  
Pressful Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
